Caroli Système is a family-owned company founded in 2003 in Bévilard, in the heart of the Bernese Jura.
We specialize in the overhaul, retrofit and repair of Wahli gear cutting machines.

Behind Caroli Système lies, above all, a story of transmission.
Samuel Caroli has dedicated more than 40 years to working on Wahli machines — assembly, overhaul, after-sales service, machine setup — a whole career focused on understanding and mastering these machines down to the smallest detail.
For more than ten years, his son Romain has been working alongside him.
Trained every day in the workshop, he carries forward with Samuel a demanding, valuable and rare know-how in this field.
This complementarity between experience and the new generation is what makes Caroli Système strong today.
Exclusive Expertise for Your Machines
At Caroli Système, we made the deliberate choice to specialize.
For several decades, we have worked almost exclusively on Wahli W90, W91, W92 and W96 gear cutting machines, as well as Lambert 109 machines. This choice is no coincidence: it is the result of an entire career spent assembling, overhauling, servicing and improving these machines.
This specialization allows us to know each model in its finest detail: geometry, hydraulics, sensitive points and possibilities for improvement. While a generalist workshop intervenes in a standardized way, we tailor every intervention to the machine and its actual use.
Today, Samuel and Romain Caroli combine this historical experience with modern solutions, ranging from traditional mechanical overhaul to full retrofit, including hydraulics, electrics and CE compliance.
